The shipping rates for all items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with your return requests.

Please include the following information:
- Company name
- Shipping address
- Order number
- Style number, size & color of item(s)
- Reason for return
- Picture of damage (if applicable)
Requests must be made within 10 business days of receipt of goods.
Once the return is approved, items must be shipped back to us within 10 business days of our approval. Statement of approval, terms of the return, and our return shipping address will be clearly stated in our email response to your request.
Unless the return is a result of our error (ie. defective/damaged or incorrect item) there will be a 20% restocking fee. A 20% fee will also apply for any unauthorized or overdue returns.
We request that customers return all items with original packaging and labels. Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.
In most cases, store credit will be issued, not a refund. Depending on the nature of the claim, we may require customers to cover the expense of return shipping.
All sale items or discounted items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
